I'm currently a 4th year Comp. Sci. student at the University of Windsor in Windsor, Ontario (Canada). I suppose my actual major is a B.Sc. Computer Science Honours with Software Engineering Specialization Co-op, but who really wants to say that when someone asks what your taking?
I grew up in Toronto (Scarborough specifically). I probably originally became interested in computers around junior high, but didn't really start tinkering until high school. University has been good so far, and I'm applying to graduate school this year (wish me luck!)
That said, I am a linux junkie, I usually code in C, I enjoy FPS games, tinkering with my car, books, and cooking.

Whoops, sorry Tom,
Whoops, sorry Tom, accidently deleted your comment (still getting the hang of Drupal). Anyways Tom from England, nice to see another Tom Switzer around. It's a damn fine name; best in the world if you ask me! Sorry for nabbing tomswitzer.com first.
question ?
Calling C library functions from NASM on Linux ?
ie call _printf ( ld error message undefined reference to ....

thx
Odd place for it :P
^ little out of place and I'm a little out-of-date now, but have you linked to the c library? The easiest way to do that is w/ gcc... basically:
You can also used ld, but just straight linking w/ c (-lc) never seems to work just right, and you gotta tinker and it ends up being a big pita. If your linking w/ gcc, I don't think you need to worry about the underscore (printf instead of _printf), since it converts everything to the standard C calling conventions for you, but I may be wrong on this point.
